Classic in Black 70's Midi Dress

We're loving the simplicity of this classic black dress.  Such a great piece for year round wear. This dress sports a fitted bodice with flounce overlay adorned with tie accents at the shoulder, semi elastic waist and zipper back closure.  

Tagged size 9, unbranded.  100% polyester.  Excellent condition.
