These darling plate and goblet sets are just incredible...well, at least we think they are!
Vintage unbranded glass from early 1900's but as these are unstamped we are unsure of the maker and in turn the exact time period. Made prior to 1940's
Plate is approximately 9 inches and includes built in ridge to hold goblet in place. Goblet is holds approximately 4 ounces.
Each set includes one plate and one desert/wine goblet.
Glass is a light green in natural lighting and glows the electric green under blacklight.
Glowing glass is known as uranium glass or Vaseline glass. Uranium glass contains a small amount of uranium oxide which is what gives it the neon glow. The uranium content in the glass is such that it is considered safe for handling and display.
